According to the famous scholar Nouman Ali Khan, the
relationship between a husband and wife is one of mutual trust and cooperation.
It is the husband’s responsibility to avoid threatening the wife and instead
treats her with love while fulfilling all her responsibilities. A husband and
wife should both always pray to Allah that they continue to be the coolness of
each other’s eyes and not the reason for tears or sadness. There are several
